We are proud to have achieved a significant milestone in data-driven solutions, leveraging technology to transform healthcare and other services from various organizations, private and public institutions in Nigeria. Through strategic collaborations with key organizations such as the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA), the Network of People Living with HIV and AIDS in Nigeria (NEPWHAN), and the Federal Ministry of Health, we have successfully developed and deployed cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance healthcare monitoring, decision-making, and program efficiency.

Our key achievements

✅ Real-Time Monitoring & Decision-Making: Developed a Situation Room for NACA, enabling data-driven insights for HIV/AIDS program management.
✅ Digitalizing Community-Led Monitoring (CLM): Innovated the iMonitor platform, empowering NEPWHAN with real-time CLM for HIV/AIDS programs.
✅ Strengthening TB Response: Designed OneImpact, a digital tool enhancing CLM for TB programs.
✅ Advancing Family Planning Tracking: Partnered with the Federal Ministry of Health in 2020 to develop a robust family planning tracking system.

These innovations reinforce our commitment to leveraging technology for public health impact, ensuring better data accessibility, real-time decision-making, and improved healthcare outcomes. As we continue to push boundaries, we remain dedicated to scaling up digital health solutions that drive lasting change.

We are proud to have facilitated sessions at the NTBLCP organized event, contributing to discussions that drive impactful change in Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) for Tuberculosis (TB). The development of training materials for CLM was a collective effort, shaped through collaboration with key stakeholders dedicated to enhancing TB response strategies. This event served as a vital platform to Review roadmaps for TB CLM implementation, Strengthen the OneImpact tool for improved functionality and Identify key areas for improvement in the TB CLM framework. A heartfelt commendation goes to the NTBLCP team and the Nigeria Federal Ministry of Health (Department of Public Health) for their exceptional leadership and commitment to this critical cause. A key takeaway from the event was the urgent need for data interoperability, ensuring that CLM systems seamlessly integrate with existing health data frameworks. With technological advancements, achieving this goal is not only possible but  essential for improving TB response and patient outcomes. Moving forward, having clear user guidelines, programmatic support, and strong Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) contributions will drive the scale-up of the OneImpact tool for TB CLM implementation. Additionally, tailored Training of Trainers (TOT) programs will be crucial in building capacity at all levels. We remain committed to supporting NTBLCP in implementing TB CLM, fostering a data-driven, technology-enhanced approach to addressing TB in Nigeria. 

The Validation of the CSS and CLM Frameworks was a pivotal event that reinforced the importance of a robust National Health Strategy in driving Nigeria’s commitment to Universal Health Coverage (UHC). A key focus was on leveraging digital technologies to enhance access, quality, and efficiency in healthcare services. Discussions on the CLM framework emphasized the need for harmonized data integration across platforms like ACOMIN, iMonitor, and OneImpact, consolidating insights into a unified dashboard. This approach promotes a patient-centric model, ensuring healthcare remains accessible, affordable, high-quality, and free from stigma and discrimination. Our contribution to the framework development was both insightful and impactful, further solidifying the role of technology-driven strategies in improving healthcare outcomes. As we continue to shape digital health solutions, we remain committed to innovation, collaboration, and excellence in healthcare transformation.

The Dure team had the privilege of participating in this impactful event and our heartfelt appreciation to the National Council on Climate Change (NCCC) team for the invitation. This event organized by NCCC Nigeria in collaboration with Green Protocol Nigeria brought together key stakeholders from government, private sector leaders, and international partners, all united in shaping the future of Nigeria’s Climate Change Fund. The primary goal was to develop a structured funding framework leveraging diverse sources to address climate impacts and drive sustainable economic growth across the nation. Stakeholders emphasized the urgent need to develop a comprehensive climate finance taxonomy for Nigeria. This is crucial for enhancing access to climate finance, ensuring funds are directed toward high-impact adaptation and mitigation projects, and strengthening global credibility.

Learning from Global Best Practices, the  Panel and group discussions examined how other countries have successfully used taxonomies to attract climate finance, stressing the importance of specificity and clarity in taxonomy design to maximize benefits and drive sustainable outcomes. Together, we’ve laid the groundwork for a resilient, forward-thinking climate finance strategy for Nigeria. The momentum from this engagement will drive further collaboration, ensuring a sustainable and climate-resilient future for all.

We have engaged  stakeholders over the past weeks to foster strategic partnerships that drive impactful and technology-driven interventions  in public health and sustainable development. Meetings with NACA and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) focused on using  AI-powered analytics, digital tools to enhance program efficiency and impact. Additionally, our participation in the TB Conference and TB stakeholder meeting reinforced our commitment to technology-enabled solutions, advocacy, and multi-sectoral collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Health in tackling tuberculosis.
